Sarah began practicing law in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she served the State of Arkansas in several legal roles, representing state agencies, boards, and commission in complex regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters.<\/p>\n

While at the Arkansas Attorney General\u2019s Office, Sarah advised and represented numerous state entities, including the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission, Arkansas State Police, the Arkansas Claims Commission, the Capitol Zoning District Commission, and several professional licensing boards. In this role, she handled contested administrative hearings, presented evidence, argued matters before state boards and commissions, advised state agencies on regulatory and transactional matters, and represented them in administrative appeals.<\/p>\n

Earlier in her career, Sarah represented the Arkansas Department of Human Services – Department of Children and Family Services in Pulaski and Perry County Circuit Courts, Juvenile Division, where she handled and litigated highly contested dependency-neglect cases.<\/p>\n
