David M. Fuqua was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1949 and is the oldest member in our firm. David grew up abroad but returned to the United States to complete his education. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1980 and has practiced law in Central Arkansas since that time, developing his practice and legal skills in a variety of areas, including general litigation, commercial law and litigation, personal injury defense, employment and civil rights defense, employment law and litigation and agricultural and commodities law.
