Patrick L. Spivey

Photo: Patrick L. SpiveyPatrick L. Spivey grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He completed his undergraduate and legal studies at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Patrick has practiced law in Little Rock since 2002. His primary areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, construction law, insurance defense, creditor’s rights and criminal defense. In addition, Patrick serves as corporate counsel to several businesses in Arkansas. Patrick has been selected to serve on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the federal court of the Eastern District of Arkansas. He has successfully represented clients in civil and criminal matters in both the state and federal courts of Arkansas.
