Deidra Parish is originally from Texarkana, Texas. She is licensed in Arkansas and Texas, and she began practicing law in Arkansas in 2006. She completed her undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University and earned her law degree from Baylor University School. Deidra’s primary areas of practice involve nursing home defense and operations, and labor and employment law. Partnering closely with the multiple nursing homes she represents, Deidra advises the nursing home supervisors and caregivers of federal and state statutes and regulatory matters, and she also develops nursing home policies and provides training to the staff on implementing those policies. Deidra understands that a nursing home is more than a business, it is a home with many complexities, and she appreciates the need for both legal and sensible solutions.
