Photo: David FuquaDavid M. Fuqua was born April 5, 1949 and moved from his hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 10 with his family to Melbourne, Australia. His family moved again when he was 15 to Karachi, Pakistan, where he finished high school. David then returned to the United States to complete his education, including serving as a graduate assistant in English for the University of Arkansas from 1975-77. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1980. He has practiced law in Central Arkansas since that time, developing his practice and legal skills in a variety of areas, including general litigation, commercial law and litigation, personal injury defense, employment and civil rights defense, employment law and litigation, and agricultural and commodities law.
