Photo: Phil CampbellPhil Campbell was born and raised in Little Rock. He attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and graduated from Duke University School of Law. He then clerked for Chief Judge G. Thomas Eisele, United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas. Phil has practiced law in Central Arkansas since 1981. His primary areas of practice are employment law, business law, commercial litigation, and product liability. He has handled hundreds of EEOC claims and successfully defended employment lawsuits throughout his career. He has successfully represented clients in many cases involving product liability, asbestos litigation, business fraud, breach of contract, securities claims, nursing home defense, and restrictive covenants, and he has had the privilege of representing numerous Fortune 500 companies.
