Photo: David FuquaDavid M. Fuqua was born April 5, 1949 and moved from his hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 10 with his family to Melbourne, Australia. His family moved again when he was 15 to Karachi, Pakistan where he finished high school. Mr. Fuqua then returned to the United States to complete his education, including graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1980.

Mr. Fuqua has practiced law in Central Arkansas since 1980, developing his practice and legal skills in a variety of areas, including general litigation, commercial law and litigation, personal injury defense, employment and civil rights law and litigation, and agricultural and commodities law.

He then clerked for Chief Judge G. Thomas Eisele, United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas. Mr. Campbell has practiced law in Central Arkansas since 1981. His primary areas of practice are employment law, business law, commercial litigation, and products liability. He has handled hundreds of EEOC claims and successfully defended employment lawsuits throughout his career. Mr. Campbell has also successfully represented clients in many cases involving product liability, business fraud, breach of contract, securities claims, and restrictive covenants, and he has had the privilege of representing numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Gribble has been practicing law in Arkansas since 2002, and his primary areas of practice are general civil and commercial litigation, professional liability defense, tort and personal injury defense, coverage opinions and loss investigations, family law, construction law, contracts, subrogation, and debt collection. He has had trial experience in both state and federal courts, as well as appellate experience with the Arkansas Court of Appeals and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She completed her undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, and she earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. She began practicing law in Arkansas in 2006, and she is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas. Ms. Parish also serves as an attorney ad litem, representing children in family law disputes.

Monty Baugh

Photo: Monty BaughMonty Baugh was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed professional engineer. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Baugh practiced in the engineering profession for seventeen years, specializing in industrial control systems, municipal utilities, and radio and telecommunications.

Mr. Baugh earned a Juris Doctor with Honors from the UALR Bowen School of Law, where he wrote top papers in Evidence and Corporate Taxation. Before joining Fuqua Campbell, P.A., Mr. Baugh clerked for a year and a half at the Arkansas Supreme Court, first for Justice Tom Glaze and then for Justice Annabelle Clinton-Imber. Mr. Baugh’s primary areas of practice are business law, telecommunications law, and commercial litigation.
