David M. Fuqua was born April 5, 1949 and moved from his hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 10 with his family to Melbourne, Australia. His family moved again when he was 15 to Karachi, Pakistan where he finished high school. Mr. Fuqua then returned to the United States to complete his education, including graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1980.
Mr. Fuqua has practiced law in Central Arkansas since 1980, developing his practice and legal skills in a variety of areas, including general litigation, commercial law and litigation, personal injury defense, employment and civil rights law and litigation, and agricultural and commodities law.

Deidra Parish is originally from Texarkana, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, and she earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. She began practicing law in Arkansas in 2006, and she is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas. Ms. Parish also serves as an attorney ad litem, representing children in family law disputes.

Monty Baugh was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed professional engineer. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Baugh practiced in the engineering profession for seventeen years, specializing in industrial control systems, municipal utilities, and radio and telecommunications.
Mr. Baugh earned a Juris Doctor with Honors from the UALR Bowen School of Law, where he wrote top papers in Evidence and Corporate Taxation. Before joining Fuqua Campbell, P.A., Mr. Baugh clerked for a year and a half at the Arkansas Supreme Court, first for Justice Tom Glaze and then for Justice Annabelle Clinton-Imber. Mr. Baugh’s primary areas of practice are business law, telecommunications law, and commercial litigation.
