Bess Rystrom is a native Arkansan born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee where she studied English Literature and obtained her undergraduate degree. Bess earned her law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas and served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy.
