Deidra Parish is originally from Texarkana, Texas. She is a partner at Fuqua Campbell, P.A. and is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and both federal courts in Arkansas. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Deidra received her Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2005. She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2000, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations, magna cum laude. Deidra has dedicated her practice to medical malpractice defense and nursing home defense. She represents individuals, facilities, and practice groups in the defense of medical malpractice claims. Deidra also partners closely with multiple nursing homes she represents and advises the nursing home owners, managers, and caregivers of federal and state statutes and regulatory matters, and she also develops nursing home policies and provides training to the staff on implementing those policies. Deidra understands that a nursing home is more than a business, it is a home with many complexities, and she appreciates the need for both legal and sensible solutions.
