Haley M. Heath is part of the firm’s complex commercial litigation practice and handles cases from complaint through trial. She is experienced in intellectual property law and can assist clients with patent litigation (including claim construction and invalidity contentions), copyright litigation, as well as trademark disputes. She can also assist with evaluating intellectual property issues on the front end to avoid litigation. Haley has extensive experience taking and defending depositions in a variety of commercial litigation matters and aggressively pursues her clients’ interests at every key step in the litigation process. Haley is a successful oral advocate, having prevailed in hearings throughout the State of Arkansas and in the Arkansas federal district courts. She has also successfully represented clients before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Ms. Heath’s legal experience builds on years of training as a writer and advocate, including on her role as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Bobby E. Shepherd of the United States Court of Appeals and on her role as Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review. Haley was named a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. She is originally from Wynne, Arkansas and is the mother of two little girls.
